7:00                            Tea-Time

7:30 - 9:00 am          Physical exercises, yoga, ... (feel your body) or morning walk

9:15 - 10:15 am          An active meditation

10:30 am                         Breakfast

12:00 - 1:00 pm     Time for a meditative walk

1:00 - 2:00 pm       sometimes Karma Yoga (selfless service, helping with the cooking) or longer break :-)

2:00 pm                         Lunch

5:00 - 6:00 pm         OSHO Kundalini Meditation

6.15 pm                         Dinner

7:30 - 9:00 pm         Evening meditation

In agreement with the participants, the programme can be changed or cancelled on short notice (e.g. for longer walks, ...)

What you should bring: comfortable clothes, meditation blanket, socks for the meditation hall, slippers, shoes for hiking, cagoule/rain suit, in summer: swimming things (opportunity to swim in our pond), sun blocker, and in winter: warm clothes.
